Kelly is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who has spent 25 years working in the Emergency Room, seeing many people at their lowest point with disease states that frequently are the result of lifestyle and suboptimal dietary choices over a lifetime. Ashley is a board-certified Family Medicine physician certified in and currently practices Functional Medicine. Her focus is on health promotion, nutrition, and disease prevention or reversal. After 26 years of marriage, there have been many nerdy, long discussions at the dinner table about science, lifestyle choices, what health looks like, and the ideal healthcare system.
